Our company ethos…
We like to think we’re a dating company with a difference. We believe in constantly striving to achieve our aim; to help you guys find love and have a great experience with us. Our team regularly sit down together and think of ways to help us improve and over the past few weeks we’ve developed something that will do just that!
So what have we developed?
We understand the importance of getting you in front of the right people (that’s why our website focuses on British Asians and allows you to filter your searches based on a variety of factors). That’s why we’ve developed a brand new message inbox called Star Inbox. You will now be able to specify which members you want to be contacted by based on upon a members age range and religion which we’ve titled Star Matches. Any messages sent from anyone within this criterion will automatically appear in your Star Inbox (which is now your primary inbox and located at the top of your message centre).
What about non Star Matches?
Don’t worry; anyone can still message you, the only difference being that these messages will appear in your secondary inbox located underneath your Star Inbox. These settings do not effect who can interact with you on D8chat.
Do I need to do anything?
Yes, make sure you update your Star Matches if you haven’t already. Don’t worry you can change these at any time. Hopefully you have an even better experience with us and maybe you’ll even find the love of your life via a message from a Star Inbox?
