Aim for Great, not just Good
Sometimes companies feel as though they have been successful but a few years down
the line realise that they were only a good company, never a great company. Both
good and great companies move forwards but great companies achieve something special,
influence and make lasting change.
Our aim is to become a great company through giving great customer experiences and
becoming a great place to work, becoming thought leaders and sharing our insights
with others so that they may also benefit from our experiences.
We are in the process of taking AsianD8 from good to great; it begins with solid
foundations in character, a clear long term vision and ruthlessness in eradicating
the “It Good Enough” mindset and culture.
