Just be real, honest and open
It is important to act with integrity in your relationships which requires openness,
honesty and respect which is ultimately about just being real with people. At AsianD8
we are proud of whom we are and we don’t try to cover that up, it is part of what
makes our company culture so special.
Regardless of who you are communicating with at AsianD8, it may be a direct report,
customer or potential business partner we find that just by being real it creates
great relationships. It makes people want to collaborate and share their feelings
with you on new projects, ideas and even personal issues, because people feel a
sense of trust and honesty through their communication with you.
Some of our co-workers have worked for other organisations before joining AsianD8
and have witnessed the damage caused by closed, untrustworthy and cynical workplaces.
That’s why we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to upholding our integrity
and staying real with everyone.
If you think about it from a personal perspective, how many people do you stay in
touch with that aren’t open, honest and real with you? So why not expect the same
from within the workplace we say.
