Passionate and determined are just two of the words that sum up the AsianD8 culture. An example of this is how we went to New York in 2010 without much marketing collateral and successfully ran several dating events through our own hard work and passion.

Another great example is of when we weren’t sure if other companies would be interested in sponsoring or advertising across our network, however through perseverance and determination we went out and got some great brands to sponsor and advertise with us, and in the process developed some great relationships.

We feel that our deep routed passion also encourages ownership which really matters because owners and task ambassadors think long term, plead passionately for their projects and are empowered to challenge decisions and take it on the chin when things don’t work out.

Being surrounded by passionate people is a great motivator for co-workers due to its contagiousness, especially for new starters. The number of times the AsianD8 employees have gone the extra mile just because they want to see the customers, co-workers and business partners being happy is incredible.

For us, Passion and Determination is one of the most important cultural values we hold on to and encourage.
