Deliver awesome experiences and service
The word awesome really epitomises a lot of great feelings. When something awesome
happens it always leaves a positive mark that people remember. Whether they are
our customers, co-workers or business partners we want them to remember having a
great time with us.
One of our major aims is to provide an awesome service to our customers no matter
how they interact with our brand. One way by which we can try to create an awesome
experience is by internally promoting the mindset of giving our customers a local
service within what may be a “large organisation” environment. This means that no
matter how much we grow we will always want to maintain that personal touch we have
with our customers. The AsianD8 family are encouraged to communicate with customers
as much as possible whether it is via phone, email, facebook, twitter or at events.
We also want our co-workers, customers and partners to all have an awesome experience
whilst interacting with us, which in turn continues to make AsianD8 a great place
to work, and work with.
Ultimately we hope that by delivering awesome experiences and service people will
tell others about AsianD8 and therefore help us to create even more relationships
for many more happy customers.
